All business, transactions, quotations and correspondence is subject to Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders Association’s Standard Trading Conditions and Tariffs, of which the Company is a member, upon which the Company conducts all its business. The Company will ONLY contract with customers on the basis of these Standard Trading Conditions and Tariffs and not any customer's Terms and Conditions. All and any quotations given by e-mail, fax or on a Company letterhead are subject to our Company's Terms and Conditions as based on FMFF and are subject fluctuation, change, Shipping Line variances and movement and may change without notice at the time of shipment from the Load Port.
